With the win, Rogue River upgrades its record to 2-8 on the season. The Chieftains host St. Mary's (Medford, OR) to clash with the Crusaders in a 3A Far West bout on Saturday, January 7. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 0-6. St. Mary's lost 50-42 in their recent league bout against North Valley (Grants Pass, OR)

Next up, the Honkers clash with the Brookings-Harbor Bruins (Brookings, OR) in a 3A Far West bout, on Saturday, January 7. Lakeview will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Bruins go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 49-33 league win over Cascade Christian (Medford, OR).
