Lewisville Farmers (Lewisville, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Plano West Wolves (Plano, TX), 51-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lewisville upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Farmers travel to Plano (Plano, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 6A Region I District 6 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 7-14.

Next up, the Wolves play the Marcus Marauders (Flower Mound, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Plano West will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record.
