With the victory, North Sand Mountain improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Bison host Ider (Ider, AL) to confront the Hornets in a 2A Area 15 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Ider won 58-46 in their recent league challenge against North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL)

Next up, the Lions confront the St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Section will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
