Osage Green Devils (Osage, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Northwood-Kensett Vikings (Northwood, IA), 60-22 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Osage upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Green Devils travel to Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA) to play the Broncos in a North Iowa bout on Saturday, January 7. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Belmond-Klemme won 44-40 in their recent non-league bout against Garner-Hayfield (Garner, IA)
Next up, the Vikings play the Riceville Wildcats (Riceville, IA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Northwood-Kensett will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
