The St. Joseph Lancers basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Shoreland Lutheran Pacers to 29 in the Lancers league triumph on Friday.

The Lancers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dominican for a Metro Classic contest on Tuesday, January 10. St. Joseph will battle a Knights team coming off a 51-14 league win over Catholic Central (Burlington, WI). The Knights record now stands at 9-0.

The Pacers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Martin Luther (Greendale, WI). The Spartans enter the Metro Classic contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Martin Luther was routed by The Prairie School (Racine, WI), 63-38, in a league contest.
