The Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) basketball crushed the visiting V.R. Eaton Eagles (Fort Worth, TX), 74-31 in Friday's league test.
The Dragons (19-3) will now prepare for their test against Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX). The Bobcat go into the 6A Region I District 4 test with a 12-11 record. In their last test, Byron Nelson walloped Keller Central (Keller, TX), 73-49, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Haltom for a 6A Region I District 4 test on Tuesday, January 10. V.R. Eaton will encounter a Buffalos squad coming off a 52-45 league win over Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Buffalos record now stands at 6-16.
