Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA), 33-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Falcons travel to Granada (Livermore, CA) to play the Matadors in a bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Granada lost 38-37 in their recent non-league bout against James Logan (Union City, CA)

Next up, the Dons play the California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Amador Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 63-19 non-league loss to Folsom (Folsom, CA).
