The West Shore Wildcats basketball team (Melbourne, FL), was nudged 31-29 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Cocoa Beach Minutemen (Cocoa Beach, FL)
The Minutemen now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rockledge for a non-league battle on Monday, January 9. Cocoa Beach will battle a Raiders team coming off a 60-25 league loss to Viera (Viera, FL). The Raiders record now stands at 1-5.
The Wildcats (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Bayside (Palm Bay, FL). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Bayside was nudged by Edgewood (Merritt Island, FL), 15-9, in a non-league battle.
