Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Pierce Bears (Arbuckle, CA) and the visiting Winters Warriors (Winters, CA), saw Pierce's basketball squad wallop Winters by a tally of 53-9.
With the victory, Pierce improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Bears host Paradise (Paradise, CA) to play the Bobcats in a challenge on Monday, January 9. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Warriors play the Willows Honkers (Willows, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 13. Winters will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
