The Barstow Aztecs basketball team (Barstow, CA), was overwhelmed 53-27 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Adelanto Saints (Adelanto, CA)
The Saints now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Granite Hills for a battle on Wednesday, January 11. Adelanto will confront a Cougars team coming off a 48-43 non-league loss to San Gorgonio (San Bernardino, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
The Aztecs (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Victor Valley (Victorville, CA). The Jackrabbits come into the battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Victor Valley trounced Western Christian (Upland, CA), 51-48, in a league battle.
