With the victory, Austintown-Fitch upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Harding (Warren, OH) to play the Raiders in a challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Harding lost 52-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Washington (Massillon, OH)

Next up, the Spartans play the Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Boardman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
