Grafton Clippers (Yorktown, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lafayette Rams (Williamsburg, VA), 67-53 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Grafton upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Clippers host York (Yorktown, VA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 7-2. York won 37-26 in their recent non-league bout against Bruton (Williamsburg, VA)

Next up, the Rams play the Jamestown Eagles (Williamsburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. Lafayette will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
