The Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA) basketball felled the host Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA), 64-44 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Branham (San Jose, CA). The Bruins go into the test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Branham was beaten by Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA), 42-35, in a non-league test.
The Chargers now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ann Sobrato for a test on Wednesday, January 11.
