The Nipmuc Regional Warriors basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Sutton/Douglas to 28 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Advanced Math & Science Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9.

The (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Douglas, MA). The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Douglas was routed by Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA), 33-18, in a league contest.
