Raleigh Christian Academy Eagles (Raleigh, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting The Burlington School Spartans (Burlington, NC), 45-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Raleigh Christian Academy upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Eagles host Mount Zion Christian Academy (Durham, NC) to play the Mighty Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Mighty Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Mount Zion Christian Academy lost 52-51 in their recent league bout against Quality Education Academy (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Spartans play the Durham Academy Cavaliers (Durham, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 25. The Burlington School will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
