Hobart Bearcats (Hobart, OK) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Apache Warriors (Apache, OK), 48-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hobart upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Mangum (Mangum, OK) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 4-5. Mangum won 73-16 in their recent non-league bout against Gracemont (Gracemont, OK)

Next up, the Warriors play the Hollis Tigers (Hollis, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 12. Apache will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record.
