Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Bothell Cougars (Bothell, WA) and the visiting Redmond Mustangs (Redmond, WA), saw Bothell's basketball squad hold off Redmond by a count of 66-64.

With the victory, Bothell upgrades its record to 4-9 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA) to play the Wildcats in a 4A KingCo challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Mount Si won 90-42 in their recent league challenge against Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Skyline Spartans (Sammamish, WA) in a 4A KingCo challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Redmond will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 59-57 league win over Issaquah (Issaquah, WA).
