With the victory, Challis upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Mackay (Mackay, ID) to play the Miners in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Miners come into the bout with a record of 3-6. Mackay lost 76-60 in their recent non-league bout against Salmon (Salmon, ID)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Rockland Bulldogs (Rockland, ID) in a 1A II Rocky Mountain bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Leadore will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 56-6 league win over Grace Lutheran (Pocatello, ID).
