The St. Martin's Episcopal Saints basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting De La Salle Cavalier to 48 in the Saints non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Saints now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crescent City Christian for a 1A District 10 contest on Tuesday, January 9. St. Martin's Episcopal will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 59-47 non-league loss to Carver Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Pioneers record now stands at 14-7.

The Cavalier (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Lutcher (Lutcher, LA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last game, Lutcher tipped Northlake Christian (Covington, LA), 56-39, in a non-league game.
