California High School Basketball - Forest Lake Christian knocked off by Delta

January 6, 2024: Auburn, CA 95602

The Delta Saints basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Forest Lake Christian Falcons to 42 in the Saints league triumph on Saturday.

The Saints now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foresthill for a Central Valley California League contest on Tuesday, January 9. Delta will battle a Wildfires team coming off a 67-31 league win over Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA). The Wildfires record now stands at 7-11.

The Falcons (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Encina Prep (Sacramento, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Encina Prep was defeated by Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA), 82-59, in a league contest.
