The NV - Demarest Norsemen (Demarest, NJ) basketball nipped the host Dumont Huskies (Dumont, NJ), 57-52 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Norsemen (7-2) will now prepare for their test against NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ). The Golden Knights go into the Big North - National test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, NV - Old Tappan got by Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ), 65-48, in a non-league test.
