Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Ephrata Tigers (Ephrata, WA) and the visiting Othello Huskies (Othello, WA), saw Ephrata's basketball squad knock off Othello by a count of 66-51.

With the victory, Ephrata upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Grandview (Grandview, WA) to play the Greyhounds in a 2A Central Washington challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 11-2. Grandview lost 72-67 in their recent league challenge against Prosser (Prosser, WA)

Next up, the Huskies play the East Valley Red Devils (Yakima, WA) in a 2A Central Washington challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Othello will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 49-43 league win over Ellensburg (Ellensburg, WA).
