The Knights now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greene County for a 2A Area 5 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Tuscaloosa Academy will battle a Tigers team coming off a 45-33 league loss to Aliceville (Aliceville, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-16.

The Green Wave (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fayette County (Fayette, AL). The Tigers enter the 3A Area 10 contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Fayette County nudged South Lamar (Millport, AL), 57-53, in a non-league contest.
