St. Johns Redskins (St. Johns, AZ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Many Farms Lobos (Many Farms, AZ), 67-61 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Johns upgrades its record to 4-9 on the season. The Redskins host Round Valley (Eagar, AZ) to play the Elks in a 2A North bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Round Valley lost 67-55 in their recent non-league bout against Morenci (Morenci, AZ)

Next up, the Lobos play the Pinon Eagles (Pinon, AZ) in a 2A North bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Many Farms will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
