The Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME) basketball felled the host Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME), 59-48 in Saturday's league test.

The Coyotes (8-0) will now prepare for their test against Orono (Orono, ME). The Riots go into the B North test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Orono was beaten by Caribou (Caribou, ME), 57-50, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Hermon for a B North test on Tuesday, January 16.
