Nebraska High School Basketball - Sutherland overwhelmed by Perkins County

The Perkins County Plainsmen basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting Sutherland Sailors to 33 in the Plainsmen non-league victory on Saturday.

The Plainsmen now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chase County for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11.

The Sailors (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Cambridge (Cambridge, NE). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Cambridge triumphed over Southwest (Bartley, NE), 50-45, in a non-league contest.
