In Saturday's league outing, the Windom Eagles (Windom, MN) basketball squad edged the host St. James Saints (St. James, MN), by a margin of 70-66.
The Eagles (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Pipestone (Pipestone, MN). The Arrows go into the AA Section 3 outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Pipestone held off Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN), 68-49, in a league outing.
The Saints now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Luverne for a AA Section 3 outing on Friday, January 12.
