With the victory, Alcorn Central improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Corinth (Corinth, MS) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 0-18. Corinth lost 57-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Alcorn Central (Glen, MS)

Next up, the Aggies confront the Mantachie Mustangs (Mantachie, MS) in a 3A Region 1 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Kossuth will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record.
