Greencastle Tiger Cubs (Greencastle, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cloverdale Clovers (Cloverdale, IN), 41-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Greencastle upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Tiger Cubs host North Montgomery (Crawfordsville, IN) to play the Chargin' Chargers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Chargin' Chargers go into the bout with a record of 8-10. North Montgomery lost 58-50 in their recent non-league bout against North Putnam (Roachdale, IN)

Next up, the Clovers play the West Vigo Vikings (West Terre Haute, IN) in a Western Indiana bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Cloverdale will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 2-15 record after their 53-46 league loss to North Putnam (Roachdale, IN).
