Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Delsea Crusaders (Franklinville, NJ) and the host Pennsville Memorial Eagles (Pennsville, NJ), saw Delsea's basketball squad overcome Pennsville Memorial by a tally of 37-20.
With the victory, Delsea improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ) to confront the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 8. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Timber Creek Regional won 46-34 in their recent league challenge against Winslow Township (Atco, NJ)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Woodstown Wolverines (Woodstown, NJ) in a Tri-County - Diamond challenge, on Monday, January 8. Pennsville Memorial will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 51-31 non-league loss to Our Lady of Mercy Academy (Newfield, NJ).
