The Questa Wildcats topped the host Escalante Lobos basketball team by a final score of 53-38 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Springer Red Devils (Springer, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 9. Questa will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Red Devils come into the battle with a 7-4 record after their 62-32 non-league loss to Logan (Logan, NM).

The Lobos (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Navajo Prep dropped by Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM), 73-44, in a non-league battle.
