The Gainesville Red Elephants (Gainesville, GA) basketball felled the host Habersham Central Raiders (Mt. Airy, GA), 65-56 in Saturday's league test.
The Red Elephants (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Apalachee (Winder, GA). The Wildcats go into the AAAAAA Region 8 test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Apalachee was beaten by Shiloh (Snellville, GA), 47-44, in a league test.
