With the victory, Loganville upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA) to play the Falcons in a AAAAA Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 6-8. Flowery Branch lost 63-37 in their recent league challenge against Eastside (Covington, GA)

Next up, the Purple Hurricanes play the Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA) in a AAA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Monroe Area will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 63-27 non-league win over Clarke Central (Athens, GA).
