The Mustangs now possess a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Discovery for a AAAAAAA Region 7 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Meadowcreek will confront a Titans team coming off a 63-25 league loss to Norcross (Norcross, GA). The Titans record now stands at 4-12.

The Jaguars (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA). The Warriors come into the AAAA Region 8 battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Walnut Grove edged Johnson (Gainesville, GA), 70-15, in a non-league battle.
