The St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ) basketball felled the host Piscataway Chiefs (Piscataway, NJ), 69-58 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Trojans (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Trinity Hall (Tinton Falls, NJ). The go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record.
The Chiefs now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Colonia for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9. Piscataway will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 56-47 non-league win over Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 9-2.
