California High School Basketball - Valley Christian crushes Sacramento Adventist

Valley Christian Lions (Roseville, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sacramento Adventist Capitals (Carmichael, CA), 61-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Lions host Sacramento Country Day (Sacramento, CA) to play the Cavaliers in a Sacramento Metropolitan Athletic League bout on Thursday, January 11. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 0-5.

Next up, the Capitals play the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Sacramento Adventist will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 71-18 league loss to Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA).
