The Baldwin Braves basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Washington County Golden Hawks to 42 in the Braves non-league victory on Saturday.

The Braves now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Laurens for a contest on Tuesday, January 9. Baldwin will battle a Raiders team coming off a 45-29 non-league loss to Dublin (Dublin, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 0-2.

The Golden Hawks (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Laney (Augusta, GA). The Wildcats come into the contest with a 0-1 record.
