The Bellingham Bayhawks basketball team (Bellingham, WA), was nudged 50-46 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lakewood Cougars (Arlington, WA)
The Cougars now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sedro-Woolley for a non-league battle on Monday, January 8. Lakewood will battle a Cubs team coming off a 57-44 non-league win over Blaine (Blaine, WA). The Cubs record now stands at 3-7.
The Bayhawks (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Oak Harbor was nudged by Ferndale (Ferndale, WA), 70-22, in a non-league battle.
