In Saturday's league test, the visiting Licking Valley Panthers basketball squad scored a nice 47-30 win over the Watkins Memorial Warriors.
The Panthers (8-0) will now prepare for their test against Utica (Utica, OH). The Redskins go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Utica went down by Johnstown-Monroe (Johnstown, OH), 48-35, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Zanesville for a test on Friday, January 26.
