The Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT) basketball were winner over the host Ellis RVT Eagles (Killingly, CT), 68-54 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tourtellotte Memorial for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 8.

With the loss, Ellis RVT falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Grasso RVT (Groton, CT) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
