California High School Basketball - Inglewood triumphant over Santa Monica

January 6, 2025: Inglewood, CA 90301

The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Inglewood Sentinels (Inglewood, CA) and the visiting Santa Monica Vikings (Santa Monica, CA), observed Inglewood's basketball team overwhelm Santa Monica by a score of 90-51.

The Sentinels (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Centennial (Compton, CA). The Apaches come into the Ocean challenge with a 0-14 record. In their last challenge, Centennial was routed by Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA), 88-13, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Buckley Griffins (Sherman Oaks, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 8. Santa Monica will attempt to improve on its 10-8 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 53-34 non-league win over Liberty Charter (Alpine, CA).
