In Monday's non-league contest, the host Mangham Dragons basketball team scored a big 69-41 win over the Tensas Panthers.
The Dragons (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sterlington (Sterlington, LA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Sterlington was trounced by Madison (Tallulah, LA), 63-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the St. Frederick Warriors (Monroe, LA) in a 1A District 2 contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Tensas will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record.
