Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Shenandoah Valley overwhelmed by Nativity BVM

In Monday's league test, the Nativity BVM Green Wave (Pottsville, PA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils (Shenandoah, PA), by a score of 73-31.

Next, the Green Wave clash with the Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders (Coal Township, PA) in a Schuylkill County 2 test, on Thursday, January 9. Nativity BVM will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Red Raiders come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 47-34 non-league win over Millville (Millville, PA).

The Blue Devils (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA). The come into the Schuylkill County 2 test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Marian Catholic was routed by Williams Valley (Tower City, PA), 51-40, in a league test.
