In Monday's league contest, the visiting Teaneck Highwaymen basketball team scored a close 45-39 triumph over the NV - Demarest Norsemen.
The Highwaymen (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, NJ). The Panthers go into the Big North - National contest with a 3-2 record.
In their next game, the Norsemen confront the Bergenfield Bears (Bergenfield, NJ) in a Big North - National contest, on Tuesday, January 7. NV - Demarest will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 56-42 non-league loss to Fort Lee (Fort Lee, NJ).
