North Carolina High School Basketball - Pitt County Pacers can't get by Trinity Christian

The Pitt County Pacers Pacers basketball squad (Greenville, NC), was nudged 31-29 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Trinity Christian Tigers (Greenville, NC)

With the victory, Trinity Christian advances its record to 10-12 on the year. The Tigers host Faith Christian Academy (Goldsboro, NC) to meet the Conquerors in a Mid-Atlantic Christian - 2A South battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Conquerors enter the battle with a record of 8-3. Faith Christian Academy won 71-44 in their recent league battle against Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, NC)

The Pacers now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christ Covenant for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. Pitt County Pacers will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 101-66 league loss to Community Christian (Wilson, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 8-6.
