New York High School Basketball - Williamsville East defeats Starpoint

The Williamsville East Flames (East Amherst, NY) basketball were winner over the visiting Starpoint Spartans (Lockport, NY), 68-57 in Monday's league bout.
The Flames now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hamburg for a Section 6 Erie County II bout on Friday, January 10. Williamsville East will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 72-60 league loss to Williamsville South (Williamsville, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Starpoint falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Sweet Home (Amherst, NY) to play the Panthers in a Section 6 Erie County II bout on Thursday, January 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
