Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY), 47-31 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Amsterdam advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Rams host La Salle Institute (Troy, NY) to meet the Cadets in a non-league match on Monday, January 27. The Cadets enter the match with a record of 7-1.

The Spartans now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glens Falls for a non-league match on Friday, January 10.
