In Monday's league contest, the host Keyport Raiders basketball team scored a close 34-27 win over the Henry Hudson Admirals.
The Raiders (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Middletown North (Middletown, NJ). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Middletown North was tipped by Jackson Memorial (Jackson Township, NJ), 50-40, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Admirals battle the Matawan Regional Huskies (Aberdeen, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. Henry Hudson will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Huskies come into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 41-21 non-league loss to Toms River South (Toms River, NJ).
