The Rutherford Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Weehawken Indians to 23 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Arlington for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. Rutherford will confront a Vikings team coming off a 61-35 non-league loss to Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Weehawken falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Harrison (Harrison, NJ) to confront the Blue Tide in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. The Blue Tide go into the game with a record of 2-3. Harrison lost 60-28 in their recent league game against Secaucus (Secaucus, NJ)
