The Schenck Wolverines (East Millinocket, ME) basketball edged the host Southern Aroostook Warriors (Dyer Brook, ME), 61-55 in Monday's league bout.
The Wolverines now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Greenville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. Schenck will play a Lakers team coming off a 28-23 non-league win over Lee Academy (Lee, ME). The Lakers record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Southern Aroostook falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Schenck (East Millinocket, ME) to play the Wolverines in a D North bout on Thursday, January 9. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Schenck won 66-23 in their recent non-league bout against Greenville (Greenville, ME)
